EVICTIONS
[WHEN NECESSARY]
We do our best to avoid Evictions, and have a very low eviction rate when selecting tenants for our owners. But sometimes it becomes necessary. Be it an inherited tenant or other difficult to control variable. A day in court may be necessary to “GET EM OUT” : Most evictions take 21-45 days with our retained Attorney as of last update court and legal fees total $785.00 with full court preparation and appearance in court.
Naturally, if a tenant’s residency ends, vacates and all is well, there is no charge.
