The Shidler Guarantee
If a tenant we rank as “Shidler Approved”defaults:
Re-renting: If tenant is a Shidler approved tenant and the termination of tenancy is within first six months, FOR ANY REASON except in Owner’s failure of duties: NO ADDITIONAL OR RE-RENT OR RE-LEASE FEE IS CHARGED TO YOU FOR THE NEXT TENANT.
