MANAGEMENT
NO UPFRONT SET UP COST AND NO YEARLY RENEWAL FEE
Single-family home or Condominium home management fee is 7% of the gross rents collected for the initial term of your management agreement. (Example if the property rents for $1,500 per month the monthly management fee would be $105.00). No upfront setup fee, and the initial term can be for one year or more, which can be canceled by either party after the first 6 months, with a 30 day written notice.
What our management service will include:
COLLECTION OF MONTHLY RENTS
We maintain good tenant relations, rent is due on the first of the month, late after the fifth. Should the rent not be paid on time, we promptly serve Pay-Rent-Or-Quit notice to enforce timely payment of rent. Only Bonded Personnel handle your monies and financial data, and in addition to DIRECT DEPOSIT, we can pay from your monthly rental income, mortgages, maintenance, along with other bills and disburse remainder of funds to property owner(s). Statements are sent to you monthly and at year-end that comply with tax reporting services.
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISION & RESPONSE
24 hour emergency number, we can arrange painting, cleaning, plumbing, electrical, appliance, roofing repairs, landscape maintenance and services. It is our experience that timely maintenance keeps tenants.
ONLINE ACCESS TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNT
View recent activity, print statements, tenants can pay on line, input maintenance requests and you can view inspections, photos and reports.
