Thank you for inquiring about rentals, how to view each property during the shutdown is below; however due to California and Federal shutdown procedures hours are 10-4 M-F and our physical office location is limited access until the restriction is lifted.

HOW TO VIEW THE RENTAL PROPERTY THAT YOU ARE INTERESTED.

  1. First take a drive by the address/property see it from the street and it’s condition also check the surrounding area for your area/neighborhood concerns.
  2. Arrange viewing of residence after driving by our “Flexible Open House Key Checkout Program”  bring ID and $40 refundable cash deposit to arrange a Check key for many of our properties at our main office from 9 A.M. to 3:30 P.M. you will have for 90 minutes and return key to office the same day. . 
  3. Renters insurance required with lease signing for all residences. 
  4. Move in Money, the amount to move in is generally first months scheduled rent and equal amount for deposit unless otherwise stated.  
  5. $35 APPLICATION FEE PER ADULT IS NON REFUNDABLE. Once you have been approved and you place a deposit to hold the residence all or part of the deposit may be retained as damages if you change your mind or are unable to take residence, due to no fault of the property owner.

PETS: Pets are not allowed unless in writing, and certain breeds of dogs are not allowed under any situation such as Akita, Malamute, Chow, Doberman Pincher, Pit Bull, Presa-Canariio, Rottweller, Siberian Husky, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Wolf hybrid, or any mixtures of same, or any dog with a biting history.   (OAC) On Approved Credit.  

RENTAL TERMS: Properties and terms offered are subject to credit approval, change or withdrawal without notice.  Scheduled deposit for apartments & condos are $100 more than the discounted monthly rent, and single family homes is $150 more than the monthly discounted rent, unless otherwise stated. Larger deposit may be required if poor credit is accepted by the owner. Move-in specials with free rent are offered for fast or immediate move in, however in the event tenant delays move in date, the free rent period offered may be applied to time waiting period before tenant moves in.
